Self Track

Self Track is the time and attendance module within Semeto. It brings employee time tracking and shift scheduling capabilities into one connected platform for planning schedules, organizing shifts, monitoring attendance, and preparing reliable working-time reports. Track late arrivals, early departures, absences, and overtime across employees, departments, locations, and selected reporting periods.

The system connects planned and actual working time with leave and payroll processes, helping HR, managers, and Finance work with consistent information. Self Track is suited to office teams and complex shift-based environments, including retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and logistics.
